Do you offer makeups for missed classes?

No. We build missed classes into our pricing. For an eight week class you pay the cost of six. You are welcome to attend all eight. Each class description states how many absences are included.

How big are classes?

Our classes are small group format to allow for individual attention. Exact caps vary by class type but it's around 8-9 students.

Yes. If a spot opens we notify the next person on the list by email.

What is your refund policy?

Details are listed on each registration page. In general, refunds or credits may be available with 2 week notice before the session begins. Once a class starts, we do not provide refunds for missed sessions.

What is Practicum?

Practicum is a guided independent study window held Monday through Wednesday during the day for experienced students who can work safely and independently. Eligibility details are on the Practicum page.

We do not offer any kids or teen programming at this time but are working hard to change that. Please send us an email if you'd like more information.

How many pieces will I finish?

This depends on class type, your work time, and project choices. Beginners usually complete 7-10 small to medium works in an eight week session.

Question 9

When do I pick up my finished pieces?

Finished work is usually ready about two to three weeks after glazing. We will post pick up windows in class. Please collect your work promptly so we can keep shelves clear.

How long do you hold finished work?

We hold items for a limited time, typically 30 days after your class has concluded, to keep storage available for active classes.
